The meeting was called to order by President Rich Burleson at 5:35 p.m. Board members present were Larry Baker, R.C. Wilkins, Kathy Seidling, and Marty Burleson. Board Members, Donna Murphy, Ken Trusty and Steve Steele were absent. Advisor, Beryl Baker was also present.
The Volunteer Time Sheet was passed around for Board members to record their volunteer hours.
The minutes of the January 8, 2019 meeting were approved upon the motion of R.C. and seconded by Larry.
Kathy reported the status of the savings and checking account balances.
The Business plan workshop will be held on January 26 at 1 p.m. at the Burleson’s home. The Board will go to dinner after the workshop.
We have not received any confirmation or denial of the grant that was submitted.
R.C. reported on the rehearsals, sponsorships, tickets, etc. for “Little Women”. The set is almost completed and he is under budget.

Rich reviewed his meeting with Mandy Brown, President of FCT.
The Board discussed sending RC to the Colorado Community Theatre that is held in Salida. RC will find out the dates of the event.
PCC Senior Mini College has invited the Rialto to present a class. The Senior College will be held the week of March18-21. RC will assist with the Power Point creation. Rich will be the presenter. RC and Tom Mongan will give the seniors a tour of the Rialto on March 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
The Board is very interested in starting a Children’s Theatre. RC has visited with an individual who would be very interested in running the program.
The Board is looking for someone to fill the vacancy on the Board.
The play committee met on January 9, 2019. The committee is reviewing possible plays for 2019 and a Christmas play. The next meeting will be February 13, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
The Board would like to thank Larry and Beryl Baker for the donation of a painting of the Rialto by local artist Coleen Bobinac.
The next regular meeting will be February 5, at 5:30 p.m.
