Dave and Lynda Lambert, Canon Signature Mortgage donated $2,000 for Rialto exterior west wall project. The initiative was needed to repoint the joints and mortar and seal the bricks to keep moisture from wicking into the interior of the auditorium wall. The moisture was causing damage to the plaster that couldn’t be properly repaired.
Rod Marquez volunteered his time if the Rialto would pay for the crew and materials. The project was completed on 12/21/2021, ahead of time and on budget. Three coats of sealant were applied. In addition Rod and crew repointed and sealed the back side near the exterior door.
