The Westcliffe Center for the Performing Arts will be performing

“As You Like It” by William Shakespeare

at the Rialto on July 6 @ 7pm and July 7 @ 2pm

Synopsis

As You Like It, one of Shakespeare’s most popular comedies, tells the story of Rosalind, who flees to the Forest of Arden with her cousin Celia and the “wise fool” Touchstone, to find her father the Duke, who is living there in exile “like the old Robin Hood of England” with his band of followers. Once there, Rosalind, disguised as a young man, satirically observes the follies of the Forest’s denizens and plays a role in arranging the love lives of all around her – including her own.

Tickets are $15 for Adults and $12 for Children under 12. Tickets are available at City Market in Canon City, Big D’s Superfoods in Florence, online (below), and at the box office.

NOTE: Online ticket sales close 6 hours before showtime. Unsold tickets are picked up from the outlets on the morning of the show and brought to the box office. (This does not mean we are sold out!)
